Our included Remote Hands service covers basic operational tasks such as visual inspections, power cycling, cable reseating, and simple hardware installations. Each colocation option includes a monthly time allocation: Quarter Rack (2 hours), Half Rack (3 hours), Full Rack (4 hours), and custom allocations for Private Cages. Additional Remote Hands time can be purchased at €75/hour for standard tasks, or €90/hour for advanced technical support. For major projects, dedicated engineer time is available at custom rates.

Cross-connects can be ordered through our customer portal or by submitting a support ticket. The process involves selecting your desired carrier or destination, connection type (fiber/copper), and required bandwidth. Each colocation package includes a set number of cross-connects, with additional connections available at €250 one-time installation fee plus a €50 monthly port fee. After your order, we coordinate with the carrier, schedule installation, and notify you upon completion. Typical lead time is 24-48 hours for standard cross-connects.

Yes, we charge a one-time setup fee for new colocation deployments: Quarter Rack (€250), Half Rack (€350), Full Rack (€500), and custom setup fees for Private Cages. This covers initial account setup, security access configuration, network port provisioning, and basic cabinet preparation. For customers signing 12-month or longer contracts, we often offer setup fee discounts or waivers as part of promotional packages. Additional one-time fees apply for services like cross-connect installations (€250 per connection) and special equipment delivery handling (€125 per occurrence).

Yes, you can upgrade your colocation package at any time during your contract without penalties. Upgrades can include moving from a smaller to larger rack allocation (e.g., quarter rack to half rack), adding more power, or transitioning to a private cage. When upgrading, we'll prorate the remaining term at the new service rate and apply any applicable setup fees for the new configuration. Downgrading, however, is typically only available at contract renewal unless specific flexibility options were included in your original agreement. We recommend contacting our sales team to discuss your changing requirements as early as possible.

We offer multiple bandwidth options to suit different connectivity needs. Our standard packages include unmetered bandwidth with a committed information rate (CIR) that varies by colocation package. Basic allocations start at 10 Mbps for quarter racks, with options to upgrade to higher committed rates. Bandwidth is priced at €10 per Mbps for commitments up to 100 Mbps, €8 per Mbps for 100-500 Mbps, and €6 per Mbps for commitments over 500 Mbps. For high-volume requirements, we offer custom pricing on 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, and higher port speeds. All bandwidth packages include DDoS protection with basic mitigation features.

Yes, we provide significant incentives for longer-term commitments. Customers signing 12-month contracts receive a 10% discount off the standard monthly rate, while 24-month contracts qualify for a 15% discount, and 36-month contracts receive a 20% discount. Additionally, longer-term contracts often include waived setup fees, priority support upgrades, and additional cross-connect allowances.
